Over the past 18 years Angie has designed and delivered her own material as well as trained Customer Service, Leadership, Management, Sales, Health and Safety, English as a Second Language, Spanish as a Second Language, Command Spanish, Diversity, Absence Management, and Interviewing Skills. She is comfortable conducting needs analysis to design and/or customize programs along with training many of the Professional Development Training, MHIGlobal (AchieveGlobal), DDI and American Management Association programs.  She has worked with Fortune 10 companies, along with the Secret Service Presidential Protection Division, and recently developed and delivered customer service training for the George W. Bush Presidential Center, the  Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, Texas and all departments at the Cities of Garland, TX.  She has trained throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Switzerland, Columbia, Chile, Argentina and the Dominican Republic.


Angie spent 7 years with MHIGlobal (AchieveGlobal) and 8 years as a bi-lingual trainer for Verizon, training their Sales, Management and Front Line Wireline, Wireless and Fios teams in the United States, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.  She speaks both English and Spanish as natural languages with no accent in either language.

Angie’s high energy enables her to facilitate her classes by creating a comfortable and open learning environment.  Her subject matter knowledge allows her to easily adapt every class to the business environment of the participants.
