Darryl is skilled in needs analysis, performance compensation and executive level feedback He has worked with Fortune 10 companies, private financial institutions and non-profit organizations to accelerate performance. He has trained throughout the United States, El Salvador, The Philippines and India.
Darryl has spent the last 27 years with AT&T as an award winning salesperson, trainer, training administrator, performance coach and compensation analyst.
Darryl has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Safety Health & Environmental Professional certification (SHEP) OSHA Certification from the University of Texas – Arlington. His area of concentration are Social Stratification and Financial Cultures.
He began his career as an advertising salesperson for AT&T’s Yellow Pages division where he won almost every award possible. He climbed the corporate ladder and retired at a young age to pursue independent training and development.
